The other night I was over on one of my new favorite blogs What is on my mind, and her daughter who is the same age has made her own little blog and it is so cute so Emmy wanted to do it too. So we have done it. I do not know how to do all that fancy stuff so if anybody wants to help her out I would appriciate it but for now here she is. Emmalee will be stopping by the other little girls blog and we are trying to convince a couple other fellow bloggers who have kids age to join them so if you stop by I must be a mom and say only nice comments. thanks!

looky what happened!

This

Plus Zachary!
Equals ER trip and liquid stiches!
Zachary pulled the stocking down while I was changing Quentins diaper. The stocking holder landed on Zach's forehead. Poor baby. He is fine no concusion and not alot of blood because it was so deep. Now a days they do not like using stiches so they use this glue stuff. Actually that is what was used for my c-section as well. Well that is 2 trips to the emergency room this month, And I am sure there is many more to come with two and them being boys AAAARRRRGGG!!!!!
I promise I watch them. Like I said when the other one got burned I have been a mom for 8 years and these are my first trips to the ER for injuries. I think it is crazy.

Busy Monday!

Well I am so glad monday is over. Now on to Tuesday and LAUNDRY LAUNDRY LAUNDRY!

Let me tell you about my day. First Emmy was recieving an award at school and the getting ready process was crazy I had to get all of us ready before 8:30 I did but it was a task I tell you.

The good news was her daddy showed up and that made her so happy. He always says he will be there and then never shows. He doesn't agree with her being in public school he wants her in catholic school and I do not. But he came. Yeah! for her she lit up so bright it made me get a little choked up. I love to see her happy.

She received two awards for her grades all being advanced and +'s We are so proud of her acheivement.
Even Taylor's report card was all A's. We are blessed with our kids. Taylor is in Junior high now so it was just a report card so no pics. Then scroll down and I will finish my day!
After the awards I went and finished my shopping for the girls and Steve. Yeah I am done. Then after Emmy got out of school we went to my old high school to watch my dad ref. a soccar game. He is retired and refs and umps in his free time which happens to take up all of his time but hey he is active and healthy. He has fun. I could not resist the photo opp of him and that lovley yellow shirt. then after that I went home cooked dinner and ran a couple of more arrends. yeah!!! I am done.

NOW OFF TO THE LAUNDRY AND HOUSE WORK THAT GOT LEFT OUT YESTERDAY. aaarrrgghhhh!!!!! I AM SO BEHIND NOW. TALK TO YOU GUYS SOON!

Now I have cried enough for awhile!

Tonight was the candle lighting I blogged about the other day. Those of you who remembered to light a candle tonight either for my son or somebody of your own thank you and I am sure our loved ones smiled down on us. My day started rough today. When I miss my son my arms hurt. It might sound weird but they litterally ache I do not know if because I used to hold him alot but that is what happened today in church.I miss him so much I sometimes can see his eyes when I close mine. I know the pain has gotten better but this candle lighting is always hard, to hear his name and our message read outloud again makes my heart not only smile but crumble ,if that is possible. I wish he could play with the twins he would of loved them. I realized today in church that the twins are not only boys but normal health boys who are going to do normal crazy stuff. Maybe it was Zachary going into the big boy walking room ot our pastor talking about our new skateboard misistry. but it hit me hard then tonight is always hard. Every year for the past three years I come across the same family and they are awsome the pics below of the little girl is thier daughter. I think our children are trying to bring us together and we need to go with it. We now have new babies that are 7 days apart in age, And they for some reason came to this vigal instead of the one by their house. Any way tonight was sad so many new deaths some just weeks and some just months ago children, teens and young adults. If any of you have lost somebody I am so sorry. I took some pics of tonight I would like to share them with you.

My son is the one with the smile and the cheerleader and the girl in the boat is the girl to the family I was talking about. This was just our corner.
Here was the table of pics. This was full and still half the people forgot to bring their pics because they were new to coming and did not know.
These are the candles they provided. Lit at 7 and blown out at 8pm to pass to the next time zone my their light shine forever in our hearts and forever in those whom they have touched.

If you look close yiou can see all the candles. I forgot my tripod so I could not use my night settings but this is only half.

I hope my son saw our light tonight and I hope he felt our love. It is a love that will never die and an emptyness that will never be filled. Yes I can move on and live my life day to day but it does not mean that I have forgotten or stopped loving him and the time he was here with us.

So:Evan Michael Carrillo please keep watching over us we love you and miss you. Know my aching heart and feel my pain take it to God help us through this. Merry Christmas and I know that one day my arms will no longer ache for you baby. One day they will be filled with your love again.

Christmas party for Work!

Today was the Christmas party at Steve's work and it was very nice. music, dance floor, puppet show, a room full of games for big kids and little kids, crafts like deco your own cookie and make your own ornament, food and of course Santa.

Yes we thought we would try it with the boys. Quentin was leary but o.k. It was zachary that freaked out. He started crying as soon as he laid his little eyes on the jolly ol' fellow.

So we made it quick snaped a few pics and went about our day. After the party was over we went to try and finish our Christmas shopping and what do you know we only have 4 more people to buy for. Yeah! I just want to be done. I am not the typical woman who likes to shop and the crowds really make me want to not be shopping.

I hope you guys are almost ready for the holidays. Be safe and good luck. I wrapped some more tonight but most can not be done until next weekend when the girls are both not here so wish me luck on that task. I am dredding it. My sister in law might come over for a wrapping session since some of her gifts are hiding here. I think that will be fun just throw on some christmas tune and away we go like ol' times right TiTi!

Talk to you all soon. Have a good rest of the weekend. need to go to bed so I can make it to church tomorrow.

Thanks!

Well this is an update on the bully situation. I emailed my daughters teacher and she went to the little boys teacher and while I was watching oprah and shedding a tears with her and Faith Hill my phone rang and it was his teacher. She just wanted me to know that Something is being done.He has lost all playground privlages until after winter break and his mother has agreed to getting help because he is out of control all the way around. he punched another little girl yesterday and made her bleed. She also told me to let Emmy know that some forms of telling on kids are o.k. Just to be careful because he is vendictive and will seek revenge on any kid who gets him in trouble.
I thought to myself wow! holy cow he does need a little help! I hope whatever they do helps him.
Thank you all for your advice and support. she has agreed to go to playground monday morning .:)

My Poor Daughter!

I am PISSED OFF! Emmy has not been wanting to go to Morning play ground time for a little over a week now and this morning I sat down with her and I asked her WHY????
She told me it was because of G. A kid who has been bullying her since the first day of kindergarten last year, in fact last year he beat her up really bad.
Last year we had a good principle though. There were consequences for his actions but this year we have a WITCH for one. I let her miss morning playground this morning because it is not manditory to be there it is more for parents who work and drop their kids off early.
I was informed by another parent this morning who is very involved that the new principle does nothing at all in fact, I keep calling her the new principle because I have never seen her and I do not even know her name. Ether do most of the parents. So when I came home today I emailed Emmy's teacher and told her what Emmy told me. Which was: G is following her around again, calling her names and she know if she says something to him that he will beat her up or hurt her.
Ouch that broke my heart. I just want to go and take the kid by his ears and shake him. The other parent I was talking to this morning also told me that G. The bully also hurt her son this year by dragging him around the play ground by his shirt and leaving big welt marks all around his neck from his shirt. AAAAARRRRGGG!!!!!!
What are we supposed to do if the darn principle will not even do anything about him. He is always fighting other kids. 2 months ago he punched Emmy's friend in the face and gave her a bloody mouth and wow! He got detention. I am sorry I think You need to suspend his rotten little butt.!.
It is no fair that Emmy has to go to school every day afraid. I know that teasing and being picked on is part of child hood but this kid goes way to far.
When Emmy was in kindergarten last year they pounded it their heads that no bullies were allowed and now this year they do not care!
Come on people send the right message or at least stick to the original.

Please Join me on Sunday!

For those of you who I am sending this to for the first time let me explain.Every second sunday of December is national rememberance day. And every year there is a candle lighting service for those of us who have lost children, grandchildren or siblings, We light a candle at 7pm our time and you light one at 7pm your time and this happens all over the world and it is supposed to creat a wave of light for one hour.

I lost a son whose name was Evan three and a half years ago he was 5 years old and every year I go to the service and the family who can not make it lights a candle on thier porch anyways.
The 11th of this month is the day, and I am asking you to please join me sunday in lighting a candle if it is not for Evan then for sombody you have lost. I know that a couple of you who are reading this have lost children and siblings and grandchildren. I am sorry for your lose and I feel your pain. If you want to try and find a service in your area go to the website http://www.compassionatefriends.org/ and enter your state and all the cities in that state that are doing it will be listed. I hope you are able to either light the candle from home or able to join a service somewhere.
Thank you for reading and joining me happy holidays and God bless all of you for loving us and supporting us.

Tis the season to be loving right?

I have found myself feeling extremely festive this christmas. Maybe it is the family I have this year and the excitement they have for santa. Maybe it is the boys. maybe it is the awsome honey that I have and maybe it is all of them mixed together. All I know I am loving this time of year. It has finally started to feel like winter well as winter as cali can get. Things are looking up for us and we are happy. It is all simple which is what I crave in life simplicity. Well the boys were playing this morning loving on each other and I could not ignore the picture moment so TIS THE SEASON TO BE LOVING RIGHT.!.?.

TOOO EARLY!

Ok this morning the boys decided waking up at a 6:30am instead of 7:30am was a good Idea. Should I be the one to break it to them that if mommy does not get all of her sleep mommy might be a little cranky or do one of you guys want to tell them :) . No I do not mind the early alarm clock but what I do mind is what happened a little before they woke up.......... Across the street from my house is a church and at 6:30 am their trash truck decided they needed to empty the damn dumpsters and it was so loud. It sounded like they were in front of my house not across the street. I mean really it is Saturday morning and some people would like to sleep in while the honey gets up with the kids but nooooooooooo! Most people have no consideration.
I hope you all have a good weekend. I need to go finish shopping for Steve today and I promised Taylor I would take her and her friend to the mall. AAARRRRGGGGHHHH! Those crowds should be fun huh? I will post again later this weekend or on Monday.
