Haveing summer fun!

Well Yesterday we all went to the lake. we had a blast it was 105 but it was fun we stayed in the water alot to stay cool. It was my SIL and myself along with 7 kids we flew kites and swam and snacked on grapes granola and friut snacks i hope to do it again soon. maybe next time with the Easy up!:)

The Girls are bored! What should I do? I want to take them somewhere but it needs to be baby friendly as well so that makes museums, libraries, and stuff like that out. I am trying to find children musuems also. I have been on the internet all morning looking If you guys have any ideas please give me a clue. I can only go to the park so many times.

Well my day yesterday got worse I will not go into it but today is going super just need to find activities for the girls to go on. Hope all is well with all my blogging friends.

My Brother and Trisha just left to go in their vacation so I hope they are safe and have lots of fun. Sorry Emmy could not go with but we all know how her DAD is :(

~I Freaking Hate Mondays~

I honestly HATE Mondays! I work all week in my house trying to keep it clean, do laundry, cook, clean some more, do some yard work, laundry, chase the Twins, Babysit, take care of Emmy and whatever friend she has over for the time being, and did I mention clean and do laundry. SO when Saturday and Sunday come along I try and not do so much well I have dicided that is not an option anymore. Last night we went to the Drive in movies and this morning when I woke up My house was thrashed from the weekend from the rush of getting things together for our outing and did I mention I did not get any ironing done.So now today I have to do it all and then some.

Our Weather here SUCKS right now. I thought us being on the coast of Cali our weather was not supossed to be humid well I was wrong this week has been nasty it is HUMID & HOT! Today it is said to be 107 with high humidity. Well I have been trying not to use the air but today I think I have no choice I can not clean and do everything else when the house is hotter then outside. Me and my honey need to rearange the bedroom so our bed is not blocking the second window in our room because at night we need that cross breeze or both fans in the windows. because no airconditioner at night it is just to damn expensive.

On a good note I found the paper for Emmy candy B-day party invites. I love them I am going to make them this week so I can get them sent out.


Well I am so sorry for such a negative post but I am so frustrated this morning.Well I have a billion things to do so I better get going have a great I hope to post later.

This is a picture of my Little Lady with her hands in her idols hands. when she was 3 she discovered West Side Story, she went through a phase where she watched that movie 2 times a day. I hung this picture in her room on the wall. when I look at it I get emotional. It ment so much to her that her hands fit in Maria's.

I have been working working and working!

I have been trying to make my backyard pretty. So my honey took me to home depot last night to start the process. Here are the flowers I planted.

Here are the lights we have had in th closet for over a year. Pretty huh? they light up blue.
Here is where they went. see my grass it is turning green. :) :)
Here is the other planter that I am working on. The boys decided to help. you see my yard is huge if you could see up that little step is a huge section of yard that needs alot of work I almost have it flattened out. It has taken a toll on me but hey it is like working out when I am out there. plus the reward in the long run is awsome.

Well I have 2 and 1/2 weeks to really get the majority done I am going to reseed every thing after the party so I really just want so flowers and the front grass to be green the back is ok the trampoline is going to be put back there.

It is that time of year!

Well it is Birthday season in my house hold. guess what that means losts of planning and the wheels in the head are turning. I could not sleep last night cause the plans for party # 1 are running through my head.

Party # 1 is Emmy's. The original plan was a music party but talking it over last night it has changed. Her b-day is in July so it will be super hot to hot to BBQ and to hot for a party in the middle of the afternoon. So here is what we decided on ready here it goes! DRUM ROLL PLEASE!

A Candy Party!

So here is the plan it will be in the late evening with no dinner being served just desserts chocolate and every thing else under the sun we will dance and kareoke and play games there are many more details ( I have some tricks up my sleeve for deco)but I will save them for the post in three weeks what I am doing now is trying to fix up my back yard in the next 3 weeks it is going well so far and starting to look super good.

Party # 2 the twins we might do hot wheels but haven't really thought about it . then # 3 is my step daughters and that too has not been discussed.

The crazy thing about it that is just my family and I am leaving out mine and my Honey's b-day.then is the other fam. & friends this the order it goes in.

~Busy Weekend but Fun~

Saturday we went to Becca's graduation which went really well. We are so proud of her nd Trisha and I worked super hard to make her a musical slide show for a gift and everybody loved it.

Sunday we had a great day with My Honey. We went to feed the ducks walked the mall and had a great lunch we then came home and watched a great movie(Glory Road) I strongley recomend it. I hope you all were able to show the special dad's in your life a good day.Then after that we went next door to celebrate the birthday of the boy next door he turned three happy b-day little guy.

Well my weekend is over adn now it is off to laundry, house work, cooking, and summer fun all mixed into one wish me luck!

Last night my niece graduated high school. I cried and we are all so proud of her. Becca if you read this we love you and wish you the best in life honey. You can do what ever you put you mind to. We are all looking forward to seeing what you become in your life.

It was a huge sucess. We had so much fun we did square dancing, apple pressing, learned about old fashioned toys, learned how to dip our own candles and had some really good food and dessert. What an angel she is! no seriously this is my baby who is not so much a baby anymore. she is almost 7 and in 1 week she will classified a 2nd grader. I love her so much I honestly do not know what I would do without her. Yes I yell or get mad but I still cherish every moment.

Thirteen Things about my life this week. 1. I'm doing laundry at 10pm at night cause of the weather 2. I am catching up on my scrapping 3. I might be getting a 3 month old baby to babysit:) 4. I am determined to start fixing up my backyard. 5. This is my first TT and I am finding it difficult. 6. we're going to a hoe down for G. S. she sold 500boxes of cookies 7. My friend is coming to visit from New mex. and we are excited. 8. I'm shocked to watch my twins growing in front of my eyes. 9. step daughter got student of the year in her 6th grade awards 10. I'm having a hard time finding things to blog about. 11.10 shows my lifes going well, no drama it's pretty nice. 12.this is not to bad I willdo it again and add the blogroll. 13. my little is changing. what should I do you have any advice. Hot Weekend fun!

We went to a b-day party and on Sunday I took T. and the little girl next door to the Beach. Yes the pic below is of 3 Dolphins and the other three were next to them. The small one had just finished doing some jumps I was so excited, I felt like a three year old at DisneyLand.:) At the party Q. discovered the slip and slide and was trying with all of his might to be like the big kids but no such luck so instead he layed there and floped around and had a blast. Z was not having it he liked the little pool and slide instead. I really hope all of you had a great weekend I will be around tomorrow to check on you all. oh and go ahead and check out my photo blog the link is in my side bar in my blog roll.
