Lost 2 more pounds :) now my total is 8 pounds got the equipment for my garage it i set up and i am going out there now to clean it up and organize it a little cause there are girl scout cookies everywhere 358 boxes to be truthful. aaarrgghh and we still have 3 boths to do before totals are done so we might go over 500 again. I hope all is well with everybody. Talk to you soon.

that's wonderful! 8 lbs is awesome! and the weight loss is at a reasonable pace. very, very good!
i am soooo jealous....lol i have been doing so bad for about 10 days now.......havent gained any but havent lost any either......great job...keep it up!!!!
