Our trip to vegas

Me now and then 23 pounds lighter! yeah not done yet!

My Wieght!

Well I am off the Hump I was stuck on. I have lost 6 more pounds just since I picked up My Wedding dress. but more importantly I have lost a total of 23 pounds since Feb. I am so proud of myself. My goal is 175 but my short term goal is 199 (under 200) for the wedding. that is only 16 lbs. Do not get me wrong I could wiegh 1000lbs and still be happy marrying the man of my dreams but that is always a good thing to be even happier with yourself as well. I have not felt this good in years I bought a dress for vegas and feel good wearing it.

We leave for vegas on Monday and I am so excited so are the girls. But ohh guess what my BFF lisa is coming to CA for a couple of weeks.I cannot wait to see her and spend time with her. Her kids will be able to join in the B-day celebrations of july and just hanging out with her is enough for me. I miss her so much she lives in Washington now and we have been friends for 24 years.

Summer is HERE!!!!!!!

Well seeing Debby and the kids was great. sorry this pic is so blurry but here are all the kids after getting off the tea cups. Debby thanks for having us along with you at Disney we loved seeing you.
the Spelling bee was a blast I was so nervous the whole time. Well she went to round 8 of of 10. She forgot the E at the the end of before. darnit! But we were so proud of her. I did not take pics of her concert just video and it was great. they took the recorders(flute thingy) and played all kinds of songs like this land is your land, ba ba black sheep,mary had a little lamb, Ect and then each class sang or recited a poem by itself. I loved it!

We took our last trip to disney land on Tuesday night until september. It is so crowded in the summer it was hard to walk. But the girls got on the nemo ride and they said it was not very good. but at least they rode it. then we came home but now that it is summer me and my camera will start having fun. kids sun and water make the best photo opps don't you think? so here are a few to start you off. the first is of California Adventure at sunset and then the bottom is of the top of Ariel's Grotto.

Today is the last day of school and the first day of summer so lets get this party started. LOL! Monday we are off to Vegas with the girls and my brother in law and sister in law and the boys are staying here with my Parents, My aunt is coming to help because my mom fell on saturday and hurt her leg. so Cristal if you read this before then thank you so much you mean the world to me. I appriciate you helping my mom this week with her leg and I really do not know how to thank you for coming here while we go to vegas. Just remeber take a deep breath when Quinten is being a butthead.LOL! Thanks again and I will try and post one more time before we leave for Vegas baby!

My week in Review

Yesterday Emmy had an award cerremony thank goodness for aunt Ti Ti who came to watch the kids for me so I could go. Emmy got the scholors again for this report card I am so proud of her she also got one for having all +'s in behavior. I love this time of year she turns so pretty brown with her tan. We also found out that she will be participating in the spelling bee for the second grade. the top 3 kids for every 2nd grade class will go and she was one of them. I can not wait.

I also took the girls skating on tuesday. It was K.'s first time and I fell pretty hard. I hurt my back and have a big bruise on my hip but am finally able to lay on that side. My wheels got caught up in Emmy's wheel and down I went. so if you felt the earth shake it was me hitting the rink floor. Hey it is never good for the ego. K. did good she finally caught on at the end of the night. each of the girls get to take a friend everytime we go and these are the girls they chose.

I also took my kids on the light day of daycare, tuesdays, to the park I only have one extra kid those days. I love the one of the boys at the swing and that is Q riding his scooter that is how he rides with his butt way out there.

well got on the scale and finlly under 220 so lets hope it keeps up. we will be going to disneyland tonight with debby and her family I can not wait to see her. I will post pics of Disney and also of the spelling bee soon. Hope all is great with all of you,

The Skinny Cow!

With trying to diet I look for yummy things and OMGoodness I found one. THis sandwhich is 140 calories and tastes as good as a normal one which I must is smaller then these so if you like Ice cream try one of these Skinny Cows! They come in a cone and bars as well!

Hello all!

I haven't posted in a while so I thought I would drop a little note. I am frustrated I am eating right exercising and no wieght is coming off. I have not gain just not losing how do i get off this plato! Any advice. Maybe in Vegas I will drop some. I figure we will be swimming all day and walking all evening with the girls so wish me luck I Have been so good and disapline with my excersise routine which is good it is going to become a new habit and that is one that I would love to have. :) I have always hated working out. I am not just doing it for the wedding I want to be happy with my wieght and 220 is not happy. however it is better then 238 which is where i started right.I am not ashamed of my weight I am proud that I have been able to get here. When i get to 199 I will shout from the roof tops :) :)

got a couple new kids to watch so I might be putting in 2 weeks at Sears so I can concentrate more on my Family on the weekends just haven't decided yet. Been taking the Girls skating again now that sports are over. They love it. :) I do too. It is fun and a little extra time with the girls.

We will be going to disneyland on Fri with Debby from the blog world who we knew way before bloging and Probably again on Mon with family. YOu see they are open till midnight so I go after the Daycare kids go home and still have 5 or so hours for the kids to play and have fun we are going to try and get us on the nemo ride (fingers are crossed). Emmy will only get to go once but that is Ok she is used to not being here when we go alot of places. Her responsibilty is first to her Daddy and his family. She never complains cause he takes her places to. I am so proud of her she wanted a dress the other night and we just went and bought her and Taylor clothes for vegas so I Told her if she wanted it she had to use her allowance and she did she also bought a new video game for her and Taylor.Her game cube will hook to the DVD player in the new van so that will be entertaining on the ride to vegas.

Taylor is officailly an 8th grader holy cow. 1 more year and she is in High school. Her grades as they always are were perfect I wish I could say that for when I was a Kid. We probally will never have to worry about her in school she is so smart and has a great head on her shoulders Not to mention Beautiful and has a great social life. She is growing up to fast. I can not wait to watch her continue to blossam into whatever life may lead her into.

The wedding planning is going great. My dress is here and hanging in a closet. I ordered my bouquet and napkins and I could not be any more happy about how smooth they are going.
